What if the size I received isn’t correct?
If the size delivered does not match the size you ordered, we’ll replace it at no cost.
If the wrong size was ordered, we are not able to exchange at this time.
Please review the size guide before checkout — and reach out if you need help choosing the right fit!

How do I wash my apparel?
Machine wash cold, inside-out.
Tumble dry low or hang to dry.
Do not bleach.
Do not iron directly over the design.

Are your products unisex?
Yes! FLY ❤️ apparel is designed to look great and fit comfortably on everyone.

🚚 How do I track my package?

You don’t need to do anything!
A tracking number is automatically sent to your email once your order ships.

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped usually within 3–5 business days.

How long does delivery take?
Once shipped, most orders within the U.S. arrive in 5–10 business days.
Tracking updates will be automatically emailed to you.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — international shipping options appear at checkout.


🔁 Returns & Issues

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We’ll replace it — no stress. Email us with photos within 7 days of delivery.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Because items are made on-demand, we currently cannot accept returns for size or change-of-mind issues.
If we make a mistake, we fix it — always.

Where can I track my order?
Log into your account and select Orders — or use the tracking link emailed to you.

Do I need an account to order?
No — but creating one makes order tracking and future checkouts easier.
