1. Overview
F.L.Y ❤️ First Love Yourself™ (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides custom, made-to-order products. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms listed below.
2. Made-to-Order Products
All items are produced specifically after an order is placed.
Because of this:
• We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size, color choice, or buyer’s remorse.
• Please review sizing charts and product details before checkout.
3. Order Processing & Changes
• Production begins immediately after purchase. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once printing has started.
• Typical production time: 2–5 business days.
4. Shipping & Delivery
• USA: 5–10 business days
• International: 10–20 business days
• Delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses are not eligible for refunds.
• Tracking will be sent once your order ships.
5. Damaged / Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.
To file a claim, contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• Full name and email used at checkout
No need to return the defective item.
6. Refunds
Refunds are only issued for approved claims involving damaged or incorrect items.
Refunds or credits are processed back to the original payment method.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and branding are copyright and trademark-protected.
Unauthorized reproduction or resale is prohibited.
